Shipping Policy
Processing and Delivery Time:

In-stock orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Custom-made or made-to-order rugs are shipped within 2 weeks.

During peak promotional periods, additional processing time may be required. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Partners:
We currently partner with FedEx and DHL to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
Shipping Fees:

We offer free shipping for retail (B2C) orders.

Wholesale (B2B) orders are subject to shipping fees based on order size and destination.
Exceptions:

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays.

Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order is processed, we cannot expedite or delay the shipping time.
Force Majeure:
Mihrikilim is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as floods, earthquakes, wars, or internet disruptions.
Return & Exchange Policy
General Return Conditions:

Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This policy is designed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Log in to your account, go to the “Complete Orders” section, select the relevant order, and request a return.

Approval Process: Return requests are reviewed and approved within 3 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Return Shipment: Securely package the product and return it to our warehouse using the provided return label.

Refund Processing: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is inspected (to confirm no damage or abnormal use), your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Custom-Made Products:

Custom-made products are created based on customer specifications and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defects or manufacturing errors.

If you receive a defective custom-made product, please email us at info@mihrikilim.com with proof of the defect within 30 days. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
Defective Product Returns:

If your purchased product has a manufacturing defect or damage, it will be replaced at no additional cost.

First, email info@mihrikilim.com to obtain return authorization. Proof of the defect may be required.

Defective products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Once the defective item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any stage before the packaging and shipping process begins.

If your order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be provided.

Force Majeure in Returns:
Mihrikilim is not responsible for delays or issues in the return process caused by natural disasters, wars, or system failures until normal operations resume.
